1. About AI for Service

AI for Service is a curated online directory of AI tools for service businesses, operated by MC Tools (Michael Cardin), a sole proprietorship. By accessing or using aiforservice.directory, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. What We Sell

AI for Service sells paid listings and listing add-ons to software companies. Featured is a one-time purchase. It includes a dofollow backlink to the buyer's website, placement above free listings, and the extra listing details described on our Pricing page. Vertical Sponsorship is a monthly or yearly subscription that requires a Featured listing. It places the listing first in one service vertical. Queue Skip and Pick Your Date are one-time purchases that set the publish date of a free listing. They do not change the listing's tier. Listing tiers and their deliverables are described on our Pricing page.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, receipts, and all applicable sales tax and VAT on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. Featured, Queue Skip and Pick Your Date are charged once. Vertical Sponsorship renews each month or year until you cancel. When you cancel, the sponsorship stays active until the end of the paid period, and your listing stays Featured. A refunded Featured listing returns to the free tier. It stays in the directory with a nofollow link.

4. Listing Approval

All submitted listings are subject to review. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings for products that are deceptive, harmful, illegal, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of AI for Service. If we reject a paid listing, we refund it in full.

5. Listing Content

By submitting a listing, you represent that you have the right to use all submitted content (names, descriptions, logos, screenshots) and that the information is accurate. You grant AI for Service a non-exclusive license to display this content as part of the directory.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI for Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any listing or content on the site. We are not responsible for the products, services, or websites of any listed companies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MC Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AI for Service or any listed product. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for your listing.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of AI for Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
