Overview
AI for Service sells recurring subscription listings to software companies. Paid listings are digital deliverables that require manual review and publication. Our refund policy reflects whether that work has been completed.
Refund Eligibility
- Full refund: If your listing has not yet been published, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Contact us via our Contact page with your order details.
- No refund after publication: Once your listing is live, the deliverable has been fulfilled. Subsequent subscription charges are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time — your listing will downgrade to the free tier at the end of the current billing period.
- Rejected listings: If we reject your submission prior to publication, a full refund is issued automatically.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link provided in your receipt email). Cancelling stops future charges and downgrades your listing to the free tier. The listing remains in the directory as a nofollow stub — it is not deleted.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via our Contact page with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
